Adults are people who have already gained experience and prefer to learn by giving and receiving, and do not like repetitive teaching, so the way they learn and teach is important. Lifelong learning is a necessity in today’s rapidly changing world. To thrive in the 21st century, where technology and innovation are advancing, individuals need to continue to adapt and acquire new skills and knowledge throughout their lives.
The National Policy for Lifelong Leaming provides a framework to address gaps and opportunities in adult education, fostering participation, innovation and sustainability, and leading to a society filled with Buddhajan (Buddhists, people who are full of never-ending knowledge, knowledge that arises from the constant development of their abilities and can lead to political and economic change).
