The Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport (MoEYS) is excited to announce the official launch of the Capacity Development Platform (CDP). This platform has been created to enhance and expand the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Framework for teachers and school directors, making it more inclusive, effective, and aligned with quality standards. By offering accessible and comprehensive professional development opportunities, the CDP aims to strengthen the skills and expertise of education personnel across Cambodia.
The CDP aims to create a more comprehensive and accessible approach to professional development for education personnel. It is directly integrated with the MoEYS management program through an API, ensuring that all education staff who successfully complete courses on the platform can automatically seek accreditation and update their HRCPD system profiles. This seamless connection streamlines the process for teachers and school directors to track and manage their professional development progress.
The CDP platform is now available for use and can be accessed via the link: https://cdp.moeys.gov.kh/. We encourage all education professionals to take full advantage of this new tool to further their career development and contribute to the improvement of education in Cambodia.
