Vision: The Khmer Community Development Organization envisions a peaceful, developing, multi-cultural society in Cambodia where all stakeholders’ genuine needs and rights, regardless of gender, age, race, religious belief, or social status, are recognized, respected, and satisfied sustainably.
Mission: The Khmer Community Development Organization is working to 1) promote inter-ethnic peace, children’s & women’s rights, and development; 2) strengthen the capacity of individuals to empower themselves and contribute to society; 3) promote the principles of mutual respect in interactions among all community stakeholders; 4) promote sustainable livelihoods in a multi-ethnic society that respects the environment; and 5) Capacity building theatre and other topics to the community on topics related to its areas of expertise.

- Child Right:
• Child Right awareness and Improve Education (including ethnicity)
• Children and Youth empowerment and Strengthening the capacity of local authority
Target group: Children and Youth (Khmer & Ethnicity), Khmer & Ethnic villager who received Child Right training, Local Authorities and Duty bearers at Kos Thom district, Sampov Poun city , Sa ‘Ang and Leuk Daek District in Kandal province. - Peace:
Sport activities and Peace Education , target group are children and youth Kos Thom district, Sampov Poun city, Sa ‘Ang and Leuk Daek District in Kandal province

household are supported through development activities (Agriculture, income generation, business, financial management, community development. ect.), Cooperate with the local authorities to improve the issues in the community including gender, agriculture, environment, and income generation for the people in the community, Empowerment to 80 key women leader from the community to contribute on community development , Target people will aware about climate change and environmental issue and take part action to improve environmental in their community and disable people can join the activities since 2005.
