Greenspots, a joint initiative by TDSO and NEP, is seeking an experienced Project Leader to lead the Climate Resilient Schools Initiative. This full-time, 1-year position (with a possibility of extension) involves coordinating NGOs, engaging communities, and working with school management committees to strengthen the climate resilience of educational institutions.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Environmental Science, Education, or International Development, with at least 3 years of project management experience, strong community engagement skills, and fluency in both Khmer and English.
