The NGO Education Partnership (NEP) and various education-focused NGOs participated in the Teacher’s Day celebration organized by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS) on 26th September at the Institute of Technology Cambodia (ITC). This year’s theme, “Teacher Development for Building Human Capital towards Cambodia’s 2050 Vision,” highlighted the essential role that educators play in shaping the nation’s future. The event was presided over by His Excellency Dr. Hang Chuon Naron, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education.
The event brought together key education stakeholders to honor the dedication and significant contributions of teachers across Cambodia. The Ministry remains dedicated to supporting educators and eagerly anticipates future opportunities to acknowledge their invaluable efforts in fostering a brighter future for Cambodia.
As a coalition organization, NEP facilitates collaboration between civil society organizations (CSOs), government bodies, and development partners, working together to enhance the quality of education across Cambodia. NEP plays a crucial role in advocating for equitable access to education, promoting inclusive education, promoting quality education, and promoting effective policies.
