IIEP Strategic Debate 3: Using evidence to operationalize, cost and implement policy plans

The transition from policy solutions to actionable operational plans requires the careful application of data and evidence. These tools are crucial for designing and costing the specific steps necessary for successful implementation. By utilizing data and evidence, education stakeholders can evaluate resource availability, analyze potential risks, estimate costs, identify bottlenecks, and establish realistic implementation timelines. A robust operational plan is essential for convincing political decision-makers to formally adopt proposed policies.

The upcoming IIEP Strategic Debate 3, titled “Using Evidence to Operationalize, Cost, and Implement Policy Plans,” will delve into this vital process. Experts will discuss how to leverage data and evidence to accurately project resources needed for the operationalization and costing of effective and feasible policy plans.

All interested stakeholders are invited to participate in this critical discussion. Their insights and contributions are essential as the global education community works to translate policy solutions into actionable plans that can bring about significant change in education systems worldwide.
