Engaging young people in policymaking is essential for sustainable development, yet challenges persist in effectively including youth in governance. The “Meaningful Youth Engagement: Time to Deliver” panel, held during the UN Summit of the Future, aims to address this by equipping policymakers to better involve youth in shaping a better future.
The event, taking place online and in person at the Ban Ki-Moon Foundation in New York on 22 September 2024, targets policymakers, young leaders, educators, and the public. Sponsored by NORRAG, the Ban Ki-moon Foundation, Columbia University, GPE, Learning Planet Alliance, and Mission 4.7, the event will be held in English with registration available for online participation only.
