The NGO Education Partnership (NEP) is seeking a qualified consultant to develop a monitoring framework and tools for data collection in the education sector.
This consultancy will play a crucial role in enhancing NEP’s efforts to monitor and evaluate school reforms, particularly focusing on student learning outcomes in primary education. The main objective of the consultancy is to create a comprehensive monitoring framework and develop effective data collection tools that align with NEP’s strategic goals. These tools will be used by the NEP team to gather valuable information and evidence, which will inform future education strategies and report on the progress of Cambodia’s Sustainable Development Goal 4 (CSDG4) and the Education Strategic Plan 2024-2028.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in developing monitoring frameworks, a strong understanding of data collection methodologies, and familiarity with the Cambodian education system.
