The KIX EMAP Hub is now accepting applications for two new learning cycles, both starting in September 2024. An information session for interested participants will be held on July 3, 2024, from 11:30 to 13:00 CET (Geneva). Applications for both cycles are due by August 16, 2024.
Learning Cycle 6: Increasing Women’s Representation in School Leadership focuses on identifying policy options to enhance women’s participation in school leadership. Over 10 weeks, this course will provide participants with the conceptual and analytical tools to understand the conditions that either promote or hinder the recruitment, development, and retention of women in school leadership roles. Participants will work in country teams to develop a knowledge product.
Learning Cycle 7: Secondary Teacher Workforce Management is facilitated by the UNESCO International Institute for Educational Planning (IIEP). This 10-week course will equip participants with the necessary theory and practical techniques to plan and analyze data on their secondary teacher workforce, considering teacher requirements, deployment, and utilization, and to identify potential policy options. Participants will work in country teams to develop a knowledge product.
