Sida invites civil society organisations (CSOs) to submit their expression of interest for partnership and funding opportunities starting in 2025. The forthcoming CSO strategy will embody Sweden’s commitment to fostering an independent and diverse civil society in partner countries, contributing to sustainable development.
This call for expressions of interest marks the beginning of a process aimed at fulfilling the objectives of the Strategy for Sweden’s Development Cooperation with Civil Society (the CSO Strategy). The primary goal is to empower civil society organisations in developing countries, enhancing their ability to improve living conditions for people living in poverty and under oppression.
