The purpose of this paper is to request the Board to approve an allocation for the fixed part of an education sector program implementation grant (ESPIG) to Cambodia, as recommended by the Grants and Performance Committee (GPC) following its discussion of the grant application during its January 17-19, 2018 meeting.
