The vision of the Teacher Career Framework is to develop an excellent teaching workforce with high competency, potential, social responsibility, and commitment, in order to produce Cambodian human resources that respond to societal needs and challenges. This framework aims to attract, develop, support, motivate, and retain teachers, school administrators, and education specialists to serve within the education system with dedication, in order to respond to lifelong learning culture. And it is applicable to all education personnel within the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport.
