The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS), in collaboration with the Primary School Behavioral Education Project, has implemented the Grade 1 Reading Curriculum in Special Education High Schools and developed a support document to assist teachers working with students with disabilities. This document was created through extensive consultations at both national and sub-national levels, ensuring that the views and needs of people with disabilities are included in school development plans.
