In accordance with the Law on Education, which stipulates the rights and obligations of learners, parents or guardians, as well as the rights and duties of educational staff, and in line with the curriculum and the guidelines on the operation of public general education institutions, all educational institutions must pay close attention to education in order to achieve knowledge, skills, and moral qualities through the implementation of the curriculum and extracurricular activities. The moral education of learners is a responsibility and requires the participation of all stakeholders, including school management, teachers, parents, guardians, and relevant authorities, as well as society as a whole.
