- Integrate technology into school management and teaching by providing digital resources, experimental equipment, and training.
- Transform high-potential schools into new generation institutions focused on science and technology, with additional government funding and community contributions.
- Foster connections between school learning, higher education, and private enterprises through collaborations with universities, vocational institutions, and businesses.
