Guideline on The Operation of Full-Day Teaching and Learning for Public General Secondary Education Institutions

The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS) has been actively implementing school management reforms by encouraging school management, teachers to enhance autonomy, accountability, and leadership in managing education services at the school level. Organizing the operation of full-day teaching and learning is a response to the current real needs of the community, parents, or guardians, and an effort to demonstrate student learning outcomes that are consistently, practically, and reliably improving. Therefore, general secondary education institutions that have sufficient resources can implement the full-day teaching and learning program, such as:

1.1. Capital/Provincial Department of Education, Youth and Sport and District/Khan Office of Education, Youth and Sport Administration

1.2. General Secondary Education Institution

1.2.1. Study Hours

1.2.2. School Administration Leadership and Management

1.2.3. Management of Teaching and Learning Technical Aspects

1.2.4. Teachers

1.3. School Management Committee, Community, and Stakeholders
