Guideline On Developing the Capacity in Teaching Methods Using Reading and Mathematics Learning Packages for Early Grade Primary School Teachers through the Capacity Development Program (CDP)

Studying at the early grades of primary education is an essential foundation for continuing studies in the following grades and other subjects. In the early grades, students must clearly learn to read, write, and calculate through instruction from teachers and additional encouragement from parents and guardians. Teachers must receive capacity building and support from pedagogical advisers regarding the implementation of new and artistic teaching methods, along with teaching materials, and students must have sufficient learning materials. The development of teachers’ capacities including permanent teachers, contract teachers, and teachers under work agreements can be conducted both in person and online through the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program.
