With the advancement of digital technology, opportunities leading to online child exploitation have emerged and become new forms that are spreading around the world including Cambodia. Connecting the internet to digital devices has provided many social and economic benefits, while also posting risks to users, especially children and young people by engaging in social media activities. The scope of this internet connection has made it easier and faster for users to access material related to child sexual abuse. The dangers and risk of using digital technology are the concern of educators and stakeholders, especially children who are the most vulnerable. Developing online child safety instructional materials help teachers, student parents and other stakeholder better understand all forms of child exploitation, especially online, where internet users need to have the knowledge and behavior to be safe and well- rounded to avoid any risk to children.
