The NGO Education Partnership (NEP) is pleased to announce that registration is now open for the 7th National Conference on Transforming the Education Paradigm, which will take place on 11–12 September 2025 at The Factory Phnom Penh.
This year’s conference, held under the theme “Projecting the Education Outlook: Reimagining the Future, Together”, will gather a diverse range of stakeholders — including representatives from government ministries, civil society organizations, development partners, educators, youth networks, and the private sector. Together, participants will engage in forward-looking discussions to define Cambodia’s education priorities starting in 2026.
The two-day event will feature a high-level opening plenary, five thematic workshops, and a closing plenary that consolidates key recommendations into a joint statement for submission to the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS) and development partners. The thematic discussions will address critical areas such as child rights and education, inclusive education, climate change and education resilience, education financing, and digital transformation in education.
Limited Participation — Early Registration Encouraged
With an expected participation of only 250 attendees, registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis. The closing date for registration is 05 September 2025. Participants are encouraged to register early to secure their spot and to ensure their active role in this important national dialogue.

Networking and Exhibition Opportunities
In addition to the formal sessions, the conference will feature a dedicated networking and exhibition space, where participants can showcase their organization’s work, publications, and initiatives. NEP encourages all members and participants to bring materials for display and to use this opportunity to connect with potential partners, donors, and collaborators.
