Asia South Pacific Association for Basic and Adult Education (ASPBAE) is hosting a Side Event with the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) at the 2024 High-Level Political Forum (HLPF) titled “Advancing Climate Action Through Education.”
This roundtable discussion aims to build political will and momentum around the climate-education nexus, highlighting the need for resilient education systems and the pivotal role of education in climate action. The event will explore innovative approaches and best practices, drawing on insights from the Asia Pacific and Africa Regional Forums for Sustainable Development, to demonstrate the transformative power of education in creating sustainable and resilient futures.
