Description:
This report includes the review of the implementation progress of the TVET Strategic Plan
2014-2018 including summary analysis of corresponding policies, strategies, core indicators,
and performance targets, presented in detail in the relevant parts of the draft TVET Strategy
2019 – 2023. The review tries also to identify positive trends and critical challenges. The
review is part of the strategy formulation for the next five-year planning period 2019 – 2023.
