To represent CSO positions on the state of education civil society organizations in Cambodia, and to define their role in contributing to the sustainable, relevant, and effective development of the educational sector at The National Launching of the Global Education Monitoring (GEM) Report 2021/22 NEP Director Mr. Chetra Khieu joins the workshop organized by MOYES and UNESCO “Non-state actors in education : Who Choses? Who loses ?” on October 12, 2022. The consultations with CSOs reveal special focus on analyzing the alignment between civil society’s efforts and the strategies, policies, plans of the Royal Government of Cambodia, in particular the Ministry of Education Youth and Sports (MOEYS).
