NEP hosted its 5th National Conference on September 19-20, 2024, in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Under the theme “Equal Opportunity: Same School, Same Teacher, Same Learning Outcome,” the event gathered 200 education stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, including local implementing partners and national policy influencers and decision makers.
The two-day conference provided a platform for participants to share experiences, discuss challenges, and develop actionable solutions to key educational issues. With a focus on creating equitable opportunities for all students, the discussions revolved around critical questions such as:

📌 How does lifelong learning improve student outcomes?
📌 What strategies can enhance reading, math, and science proficiency in primary education?
📌 How can we better support teachers and parents in their roles?
📌 What measures can improve school performance across the board?
