NEP has initiated CSO impact assessment to be carried out in 2023. This assignment’s goal is to identify and map out key development interventions across four border provinces. The results of the assessment will provide key strategies and contributions to improve the quality of CSO participation in education sector and in provincial and national policy review and dialogue in Bantey Meanchey, Odder Meanchey, Pailin, and Battambang.

The team of national and international experts in the field of development research consists of Mr. In Samrithy – National Consultant, Team Leader with 20 years’ experience from grassroots to senior management positions with local and international CSOs and Development Partners and Dr. Renato M.Lee – International Consultant and a dynamic and committed Program Management, Knowledge Management, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Advisor with more than 35 years of experience.
