NEP Cambodia is currently implementing a project to strengthen national, provincial, and district level education civil society organizations to advocate for the quality education and lifelong learning opportunities through improved education policies, budgets, and programmes, especially for marginalized groups. This project is funded by Education Out Loud Fund (GPE)
|
The Global Partnership for Education (GPE) decided in December 2022 to extend the EOL program (Phase I 2020- 2021, Phase II 2022-2023) This decision is, among other issues, a significant recognition of your important work in shaping education policies that ensure inclusive, gender-responsive and equitable quality learning in Cambodia.

The overall structure will remain similar and focus on capacity development, coordination, and advocacy. However, some key adaptations will be made based on results of this inquiry, experiences gained from the current phase of EOL, from the 2022 mid-term review of EOL (the report is available via this link find the report here in case you want be reminded by its key conclusions and findings https://www.educationoutloud.org/index.php/eol-mid-term-review-final-report-2022 / https://www.educationoutloud.org/index.php/fr/node/243) and with a view to align more closely with GPE’s strategic directions. These adaptions will primarily focus on strengthening the focus on social and disability inclusion and gender, reinforcing learning opportunities in EOL, enhancing focus on synergies – especially between EOL grantees, and programmatic, financial and organizational sustainability.
