The meeting will be held in person at the Diakonia Center. NEP secretariat, and board of directors appreciate your participation in this vital for the network event.

The Annual General Meeting will be held in the first day of the National Conference on March 23-24, 2023, please block these dates in your schedule.

We would like to invite member organizations who have sufficient technical and human resources to support Annual General Meeting and National Conference through
|
- assigning youth and staff volunteers to assist at the reception and facilitating registration and break out rooms;
- recording and streaming panels and presentation live on social media;
- providing high resolution photography during the event;
- assigning dedicated staff members to take notes.
