- Support higher education opportunity for Female university students
- Strengthen school social worker capability for improving school community networking in target secondary schools
- Strengthen School Management Committee operation of target secondary schools
- Strengthen community participation in school development
- Reduce harmfull education enviroment to keep student study unitl graduate secondary school.
