The KIX EMAP Hub is organizing an information session on the upcoming Learning Cycles 6 and 7. This session will cover details about the content of each Learning Cycle and the application process.
The event will be conducted in English. Participation is free and open to everyone. To attend, participants are required to register in advance.
Learning Cycle 6: Increasing Women’s Representation in School Leadership: This 10-week course focuses on identifying policy options to enhance the participation of women in school leadership roles. Participants will be equipped with the conceptual and analytical tools needed to understand the conditions that both promote and hinder the recruitment, development, and retention of women in these positions. Throughout the course, participants will collaborate in country teams to develop a knowledge product.
Learning Cycle 7: Secondary Teacher Workforce Management: Facilitated by the UNESCO International Institute for Educational Planning (IIEP), this 10-week course provides participants with the theory and practical techniques necessary for planning and analyzing data on the secondary teacher workforce. The course covers aspects related to teacher requirements, deployment, and utilization, and helps identify potential policy options. Participants will work in country teams to develop a knowledge product.
