NEP is seeking a consultant to design and develop a social media awareness campaign. The Communications Consultant team will craft a campaign to highlight key advocacy points around education policy implementation, focusing on three primary policies: the Inclusive Education Policy, the Gender Responsiveness in Teacher Policy Action Plan, and the Multilingual Education National Action Plan. The consultant will lead the design and production of IEC materials to raise public awareness and advocate for these issues. They will create innovative and contextually relevant designs to promote inclusive education for students with disabilities, ethnic minority students, and girls, enhance program visibility, and showcase program achievements, including writing human interest stories.
With funding support from USAID through FHI360 and Education Out Loud (EoL) through Oxfam Denmark, the NGO Education Partnership (NEP) has developed a set of activities aimed at improving educational services in Cambodia. This initiative seeks to strengthen and structure the engagement of civil society in public service monitoring, collective advocacy, and policy dialogue efforts. The projects, titled “Promoting Access to Quality and Inclusive Education for All through Public Advocacy Campaigns for Improving Schools, Students, and Teachers” and “Strengthening Quality of Educational Policy Dialogue and Delivery through CSO Inclusion, Participation, Communication, and Capacity Building,” aim to enhance the capacity of CSOs working in education. NEP’s goal is to enable these organizations to participate more fully and effectively in local governance, monitor policy implementation, and influence national and local policies to improve the equity and inclusivity of education service delivery, thereby strengthening local accountability.
