The online Foundations of Education Sector Planning programme is designed for educational planners and managers involved in policy formulation and implementation, officials from education ministries, and professionals from governmental bodies, NGOs, and national or international agencies focused on education planning. Participants will gain competencies in strategic planning, understanding its aims and implications, and using education statistics to address key issues related to equity, quality, and governance. The fully online programme employs an interactive and practice-oriented learning approach, requiring participants to prepare practical exercises to directly apply the skills acquired.
