Organised by the Asian-Pacific Resource & Research Centre For Women (ARROW), this parallel event is aimed at initiating a data-driven dialogue among Generation Equality Forum (GEF) commitment-makers. It will also be a space for sharing the analysis of GEF commitments by the data leads of the pilot countries in the Asia pacific Region.
ASPBAE’s Capacity Support and Advocacy Adviser, Susmita Choudhury, will be speaking at this event, showcasing ASPBAE’s advocacy work on education for women’s empowerment, including ASPBAE’s engagement with various stakeholders (governments, CSOs, UN agencies, international organisations) in Nepal to raise awareness and generate initial analysis on the government of Nepal’s GEF commitments on gender equality including in education.
