To support the developement of the Education Sector Plan 2024-2029 and to contribute CSO and marginalized groups perspectives NEP aims to bring together representatives of marginalized groups and organizations serving them together to consolidate positions and develop recommendations.
CSO and marginalized groups representaties will be able to
- to get an overview of education sector context, procedure and aims of the Education Sector Plan 2024-2029;
- To compile the key issues in education sector with evidence and suggest the policy option
- To collect evidence on recommendation to contribute to the constructive and ongoing dialogue with the MOEYS
The 2 full-day moderated discussion will consist of an initial presentation and clarifying questions session on the ESP, its timeline and consultation process. This will be followed by an interactive discussion focused around main questions.
Participants will be invited to respond to the online survey before the consultations (findings will be disseminated to all members)

- What would you like to see accomplished by 2029?
- Which should be the thematic priority areas of the ESP?
- Based on your experience, what are the main challenges for meaningful CSO, Youth, children, parents, PWD, EMC participation?
- How could the areas of intervention be linked to an overarching approach/framework/narrative?
