SEST led a consulation and a quarterly meeting attended by 30 civil society organizations under the aegis of the Siem Reap Educational Support Team (SEST) and delegates from the Provincial Office of Education. The meeting was convened to deliberate on the Annual Operation Plan (AOP) for 2023, and also to present the up-to-date findings of the Report PISA- D , which is a comprehensive appraisal of the reading, mathematics, and science literacy skills of students who are 15 years of age. Subsequently, the participants engaged in discourse concerning significant emerging matters within their field of work, followed by the identification and ranking of these matters for inclusion in their strategic communications plan aimed at key stakeholders.
