The voices of the marginalized stakeholder need to be amplified through the support for grassroots advocacy and facilitate information sharing on policy implementation monitoring and advocacy efforts, and to voice their concerns based on lived experience from the ground. These voices act as a powerful advocacy to decision-makers at district, provincial and national levels.
Civil society actors must support regular coaching and mentoring practices for community and district administration leaders, with special focus on the needs of the marginalized groups.
