Improving transparency, accountability and combatting corruption is key to
achieving Sustainable Development Goal 4, which aims to improve access,
quality, equity and efficiency in the education sector. That is why the UNESCO
International Institute for Educational Planning (IIEP), in its role as an Education
Out Loud (EOL) Global Learning Partner, has designed an online course on tools
to promote transparency and accountability in education for EOL grantees.
