On 13 March 2023, members of Ratanakiri education sector working group and representative of the District Office of Education organized Reading Day Campaign at Virak Chey Secondary School with participations from 222 students, parents, and ethnic minority students, teachers and school principal to raise awareness on literacy and promote Multilingual Education in Ratanakiri province. The campaign was part of the 3-year project funded by USAID through FHI360 to support provincial education sector working group in Ratanakiri for their advocacy efforts to promote quality and inclusive education through capacity development, mobilizing collective action, democratic process, and advocacy campaign.
