The Cambodian Organization of Persons with Disabilities hosted a workshop on “Institutional Capacity Assessment” from February 11–13, 2023, with the technical and financial assistance of Save the Children in the capacity development initiative of the civil society organization for children’s rights.
First, to analyze and assess governance, including its human resource management, financial planning, operational programs, internal and external relations, resource mobilization, and donor relations,
as well as to create the organization’s capacity development strategy.
