Members of the P-ESWG from the provinces of Kompong Cham and Tboung Khmum and the provincial departments of education, youth, and sport will utilize this case study as a standard, and the stakeholders will use it as a tool to create effective and efficient commune/sangkat development plans and investment programs, district offices, the departments of education, youth, and sport from those two provinces, as well as the public, have convened as part of this capacity-building exercise.
The case study contains personally offered comments as well as on-site observations of the execution in each provincial/district institution.
