Call for nomination for New NEP Board Members

Dear Members,

Greeting from the NEP Secretariat!

I would like to announce that we are starting the selection of the 5 Board members to serve 2 years term from 2023 to 2024.

Therefore, I would like to call for nominations from the members to nominate one representative from your organization. Please find the criteria for the Board as follows:

1. Eligible nomination is from the member who has paid their membership fee in 2022.
2. Only one representative from each paid member

4. The deadline for nominations is 25^th December 2022 at 23h59.
5. Nomination review 26^th – 28^th December 2022
6. Creating Ballot 29^th – 31^st December 2022

Voting Process

1. Voting window: 2^nd – 8^th January 2022
2. Voting will be done online
3. Only paid members can vote and will receive the vote link from the secretariat on 2^nd January 2023.
4. Paid members will receive a login information
5. Each paid member can only vote once. If two votes are received from the same organization, the two votes will be voided.
6. The instruction for the vote will be shown on the voting form.
7. the result of the vote will be public immediately after the 8th of January and confirmed by the next AGM in March 2023.
8. The newly elected Board Member will officially come into effect after the AGM
