This methodological review aims to gather, in one place, a wide variety of studies to provide guidance on best practices and lessons learned from posi- tive deviance, behavioural sciences, implementa- tion research, and scaling science methodologies and approaches. It offers a common reference and standard language for the Data Must Speak (DMS) Positive Deviance Research and provides guidance for its application at the country level.
