Last month, students from Phnom Penh and Siem Reap Special High Schools visited company locations and met with employees and managers to explore work opportunities for people with disabilities. Thanks to warm welcomes from the staff at BROWN Roastery Takhmao and Khmer Ceramics Ceramics and Fine Arts Centre, the students were able to learn about the skills, training and experience required to work in these fields. Krousar Thmey teams also organize awareness-raising workshops in companies to encourage inclusive access to employment and equal opportunities for all.
