Advocacy webinars on Education Financing in the lead up to the United Nations High Level Political Forum
Dear Members,
You are invited to the second in a series of Advocacy Webinars on Education Financing in the lead up to the United Nations High Level Political Forum and follow up on the 2022 Africa Regional Forum on Sustainable Development which took place in Kigali Rwanda, on 3-5 March. This webinar will be hosted by Action Aid, GCE, ANCEFA, and Tax Justice Network Africa to include:
1) A session for government representatives from the selected African countries to discuss some of the successes, challenges and solutions on progress towards SDG4 with a focus on sharing learning about HOW the successes were achieved and progress on their VNRs.
2) A session for civil society to discuss the same from their perspective, highlighting the role of CSOs in achieving/contributing to the successes and what they see as immediate priorities for further work towards achieving SDG4 (and by extension all other SDGs).
