This report provides key findings, conclusions and recommendations from the gender analysis which aims to 1) Analyse key gender issues, especially in the context of the EU programming priorities in Cambodia and the GAP III thematic areas 2) Assess Cambodia’s legal and policy framework on promoting gender equality, and its outcomes and challenges 3) Within the framework of GAP III, identify key entry points and areas of engagement for the EU, the Government of Cambodia and civil society partners 4) Identify recommendations for EU programming and policy support to address gaps or accelerate progress on gender equality and women’s empowerment in Cambodia and the specific priority sectors.
